Navarre (Short Robusto)

Premium handmade longfillers are usually made in the Caribbean with Nicaragua, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Honduras as main manufacturers but there are also factories in Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and Peru but outside those countries you won’t find many hand made premium longfillers made. Shortfiller yes, longfillers no.

Navarre (Double Corona)

A few years ago the French puro Navarre was launched. The tobacco was grown in the south of France under control of Cuban growers and the cigars were rolled by Cubans too.

Navarre (Robusto Maduro)

“Le Comptoir du Tabac des Gaves et de l’Adour” is a French tobacco company that grows quality tobacco in the south west of France near the Spanish border. With help from a Cuban tobacco grower from the Pinar del Rio region they created a French puro, Navarre.

Navarre (Double Corona)

This Navarre is a completely French puro, completely made out of tobacco which was grown in Navarrex, in the southwest of France. They released a petit robusto and a robusto from their crops of 2003 and later, but the 2005 crop was so good that they had enough good wrappers to create a huge double corona.
